How to create a Scavenger Hunt

1. Customize your map. Adjust the water, grass, borders, and other settings to get the look you want.
2. Add the items to find. Place each item on the map. Participants find an item when they’re within about 30 meters of its location.
3. Share the map. Download it and send it to participants, or print copies. The map shows them where to look.
4. Publish and share the hunt. Click Create Hunt and send participants the link. The map helps them navigate; the link opens the hunt’s location-checking feature in their phone’s browser, where they can check for nearby items and get hints about where to look.Create Hunt
5. Find the items. At each location, participants tap Check my location. If they’re within about 30 meters of an item, they’ll be notified and can continue to the next one.
